Project Overview
We designed and developed PROMPT, an AI-powered platform that gives every residential real estate project an independent, data-backed score. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions people make, yet the information needed to evaluate a project is scattered across government RERA portals, builder websites, and marketing brochures. The client wanted a single trusted destination where homebuyers, banks, and advisors could assess a project’s legal standing, developer credibility, location, transparency, amenities, and environmental factors, all backed by verifiable documents. We delivered a platform that collects data from official and builder sources, uses AI to extract facts from documents, and combines rule-based checks with analyst review to produce accurate, explainable scores. PROMPT currently covers four states and is designed to scale to more.

Challenges
Building PROMPT meant turning fragmented, unstructured, and often inconsistent real estate data into scores that buyers could trust. Every number on the platform had to be accurate, explainable, and traceable to its source, because users rely on it for decisions worth crores. Each challenge pushed us to balance automation with accountability.
Fragmented and Unstructured Data
Project information sits across state RERA portals, builder filings, websites, and brochures, each with different formats, structures, and levels of completeness. We built pipelines to collect and normalize this data into one consistent model.
Extracting Facts from Complex Documents
Approvals, registrations, financial filings, and brochures come as scanned PDFs, images, and long legal documents. We needed AI that could reliably read these and pull out the facts that matter.
Keeping Scores Accurate and Trustworthy
An AI-only score could be fast but unreliable. We designed a layered system where AI extraction is checked by rule-based validation and analyst review, so every score is defensible.
Scaling Across States
RERA rules, portal structures, and document formats differ from state to state. The platform had to support four states at launch while making it easy to add new ones without rebuilding the system.
Solution
The client needed a platform that would make real estate due diligence simple, independent, and verifiable. We built a system that ingests data from official RERA records, builder filings, websites, and brochures, then uses AI to read documents and extract key facts. Rule-based checks flag inconsistencies and missing information, and analysts review the results before scores go live. Buyers can search any covered project, see its overall score and rating band, review category-level performance, spot red flags such as delays or missing documents before paying a booking amount, and open the exact documents behind each score to verify the proof themselves. A side-by-side comparison feature lets users evaluate projects on identical parameters and compare what a builder advertises against what is officially registered with RERA.
